Our vans hold a 5 Star Hygiene Rating, the highest achievable in the UK. This is crucial for our clients and shows our commitment to Health and Safety Compliance.

The Lollie Dollies HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) management system ensures peace of mind for all and involves not just the daily cleaning and sterilising of the van, ice cream machine, parts, surfaces etc, not just the regular check throughout the day of fridge and freezer temperatures, but the recording of all of the above, held on record, for management checking and signing off.

Our preparation work-flow procedures ensure no cross contamination of product, crucial to maintaining our passion for allergen intolerance safety. Staff training is at the core of the above and all staff hold up to date Level 2 Food Hygiene Certifications and Food Allergy and Intolerance Training Certificates.

All of our staff are CRB checked on a regular basis.
