We work closely with organisers and are fully compliant with all the latest Health and Safety requirements and are happy to provide, upon request, copies of our Public Liability Insurance, Employers Liability Insurance, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Corporate Social Responsibility Statement, 5 Star Hygiene Certificate, Level 2 Hygiene Certifications and Allergen Awareness Certifications.
Our staff are friendly, professional, and trained to serve product in a highly efficient manner which, coupled with our high-capacity soft ice cream machines, reduces the long queues often witnessed at successful events.
Our superior quality ice cream and exceptional standards of hygiene has ensured repeat bookings from event organisers for many years. Interestingly, we also ensure that our pricing point for product is very reasonable so you will not receive complaints from visitors who have been vastly over charged, which always reflects badly on event organisers.
